  1. A cab and chassis “box truck”
  2. A trailer unit, mobile or fixed
  3. This concept can also be created in a retail facility or warehouse type facility.

The Two (2) Room Work Shop
98% of all alloy wheels can be removed from the vehicle, returned to factory specifications, like new appearance, and replaced on the vehicle in an average of forty-five (45) minutes to one (1) hour, in any weather conditions, without the need for rebalancing. OUR PROCESS MEETS ALL WORLD-WIDE SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS
Metal Reconditioning Room — The bead is broken on the tire with our bead breaker. The wheel with the deflated tire is placed on either a single or double work bench. Each bench has exhaust fans to capture the metal dust which passes through a special filter as the technician resurfaces the wheel. The wheel spinner which polishes and replicates the machine lines on brushed alloy wheels is located in this room as well as our patent pending wheel straightener. The electrical controls are mounted on the wall to allow for the safest work environment meeting applicable international safety standards.
The Paint Room — On a single or double size workbench, wheels are primed, painted, clear coated and cured with shortwave lighting to return wheels to their original luster. Safety is an ultimate concern with the use of a downdraft paint booth, specially sealed electrical light fixtures and fireproof storage for chemical products.
